These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, payments, and services provided by Essential Virtual Business Solutions (“EVBS”). By submitting payment through this website or via a Stripe payment link, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
EVBS provides virtual assistant, administrative support, business operations support, and professional services. Services begin when payment is received and onboarding information is completed.
2. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are due upfront. Monthly packages renew automatically unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice. All payments are final and non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely communication, needed access, and maintain ethical use of services.
4. Service Delivery
Work is completed during standard business hours unless otherwise arranged. EVBS may subcontract tasks while maintaining oversight.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality.
6. Intellectual Property
Deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. Internal EVBS processes remain owned by EVBS.
7. Limitation of Liability
EVBS is not liable for lost profits, business losses, or delays. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. All payments are non-refundable.
9. Termination
EVBS may terminate services for nonpayment, unresponsiveness, inappropriate conduct, or policy violations.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are governed by Kansas law.

All payments to EVBS are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly packages, hourly services, one-time projects, strategy sessions, and digital products. Unused hours do not roll over.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Payment is still required during the notice period. No refunds are issued.
3. Immediate Termination
EVBS may terminate services for nonpayment, unresponsiveness, inappropriate conduct, or Terms violations.
4. Changes to Services
